  • Email address and display name (provided at signup)
  • Encrypted Kalshi API credentials (if you connect your account)
  • Trade history and activity data
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Execute trades on your behalf (when auto mode is enabled)
  • Process credit deposits and fee deductions
  • Send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
  • Monitor and improve the Service

3. Data Security

Your Kalshi API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All communication with the Service is encrypted via HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Kalshi — prediction market where trades are executed
  • Stripe — payment processing for credit deposits
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Trade history is kept for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated, anonymized trade statistics may be displayed publicly on the platform (e.g., win rate, total trades). We may share data if required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Disconnect your Kalshi API keys at any time

8. Cookies

We use local storage to maintain your authentication session (JWT token). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
